  • On-Site Support Discount*: Elite members receive an additional 20% off on top of the standard 25% Exclusive Care discount—providing deeper savings on eligible service visits. 
  • Urgent On-Site Support*: Access to emergency on-site visits during nights and weekends is available to Exclusive and Elite members, but billed at urgent/weekend rates. VIP members receive this coverage with no additional cost. 
  • Remote Network Monitoring*: Provided for Elite and VIP members. Requires a one-time $299 device purchase plus tax. This allows our team to monitor your system’s performance in real time and act proactively. 
  • VIP On-Site Service*: VIP members never pay for labor—on-site support is fully included as part of the membership. 
  • VIP Add-ons*: Includes concierge-style services such as in-person technical support for special events, personalized coordination, and elevated service access. 

Note: Does not include extended warranties or prioritized hardware replacement.
