- Remote Network Monitoring*: Provided for Elite and VIP members. Requires a one-time $299 device purchase plus tax. This allows our team to monitor your system’s performance in real time and act proactively.
- VIP On-Site Service*: VIP members never pay for labor—on-site support is fully included as part of the membership.
